Shipping policy

Shipping is only within the United States at this time. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be advised that the ongoing effects of Covid-19 on the shipping industry may cause unexpected delays.

We are not liable for shipments that are late, marked delivered, but not received, or undeliverable. It is very important to make sure the delivery address is correct before placing an order. 

Please contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance with delivery issues.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (USPS)

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to [United States Domestic only]. Please allow 5-7 days for shipping which excludes processing times.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@azurecreationsllc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
